I have always been prone to cold weather and have frequently seen myself catching the cold during the sudden change in climate. This, in fact, happens more during the colder months of the year. I am pretty sure that a number of you are going through the same kind of sickness like mine when it starts getting chillier.

Garlic, I think are magical. It does not just cure the cold, but it is also capable of boosting and strengthening the immune system.
They contain antiviral and antibacterial properties, which stimulates the immune cells and increases antibody production. It also has antioxidant properties. Be it pulses, gravies, bread, and even sauces, you add can garlic to almost anything!
Another good source of antioxidants and immune boosting nutrients are colorful berries, which are a good source of vitamin A and C. So what I usually do for my breakfast is add a handful of mixed berries to my morning cereal or on top of my pancakes!
