New To Hosting
This blog is almost 10 months old and I’ve been thinking, maybe it’s about time I host it on my own. Although I have not decided whether to go for it or not, I have done some research and looked up on guides to hosting. I want to have a clear understanding first of what I’m about to enter and at least get to know the basics on hosting my own site.
I am happy to find sites that offer free guides to web hosting, marketing and web design. They have been very useful and you don’t only learn about the basics of hosting your own site but you can also find reviews of top hosting companies to help you choose the one that is right for you. I am just a newbie and definitely not a techie so I find them very helpful. I like that they provide people like me with guides and information that are readily available with just one click.
The reviews are very detailed and honest. I heard from others that choosing a web host is the first major step you will take toward having your own website, so it is highly important you make the right choice. I want to be well equipped before jumping right to avoid making mistakes, and I don’t want to be changing hosts after a month or two because of poor service.
