Background Check
My wife’s not been so lucky with her store. She’s been ripped off several times by employees who she did not do a thorough background check on. I’ve also seen this happen to the company I used to work for. What I advised my boss back then was to do an extensive employment screening of all applicants to make sure that we are hiring honest and competent people. I’ve also suggested this to my wife if she wants to stop losing earnings. This is a must for any business. Making the wrong choice of staff can make or break a company.
